How It Works
- File the complaint — Click File Complaint, choose the department, write what happened. Filing anonymously is allowed.
- Receive a complaint ID — A public URL and a unique ID are generated. Save them. If you provided an email, you also get a tracking link.
- Build evidence — Other citizens can vote that they faced similar issues, and can post their own experiences as comments.
- Escalate officially — Use the side panel on each complaint to file the same allegation with the CVC, CPGRAMS, CBI Anti-Corruption or your State Lokayukta. We provide direct links and a printable letter template.
- Update status — If the complaint gets resolved (refund, suspension, action), update the status from your dashboard so others know the outcome.
Content guidelines
- Stick to facts you witnessed or experienced.
- Name officials only when you can clearly identify them (designation + office is fine).
- Do not post threats, slurs or material that could compromise an active investigation.
- Do not upload evidence obtained illegally.
Submissions that breach these rules can be removed without notice.
