New disclosure rules for asset declarations by Group A officers come into effect from April 2026.
The Lokpal has notified expanded asset declaration norms requiring senior officers to disclose digital assets, foreign investments and beneficial ownership in private entities.
Failure to disclose attracts disciplinary proceedings under the All India Services (Conduct) Rules.
